I am a PHD student in the computer science department of UNC-Chapel Hill. My research fields are medical image analysis, machine learning and computer vision. I am interested in solving practical problems. During my past three years, I have been working with Prof. Dinggang Shen on the segmentation of male pelvic organs from CT images. I have also been collaborating with other talent researchers in the IDEA lab on other interesting problems, such as image synthesis, brain tissue segmentation, and anatomical landmark detection.
